Shipping policy

Shipping Schedule

We ship orders Monday through Friday.

Any orders placed after 4 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Address Changes

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make every effort to update the address before your order is shipped. However, once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Galleria Groupies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit.

For any delivery issues, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
